This is a piece I wrote for my mother during a period of severe illness which led up to her death. She was unable to go outside for medical reasons and she would stare from her dining room window, longing to feel better. She always tole be that when I played this song for her, it soothed her soul. I never told her that I wrote it for her, because I didnt want her to know how deeply saddened I was for her.

I guess you could say that somewhere in this piece is a glimpse of a sons' love for his mom. She was a very strong woman.
